Job Description:

Handle techno-commercial purchase of consumables, packing materials and B & C grade items as per requirement. Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements and negotiate price, delivery and payment terms. Issue purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up for delivery and material availability. Coordinate with stores and user departments for specifications, quality and quantity verification. Develop and maintain vendor base for regular consumables and packing materials. Monitor pending orders, control cost and maintain purchase records/documentation |
