Job Description:
- Above 3 years’ experience as production engineer in Machine shop with CNC, VMC and convention machine.
- Hands on experience of CNC/VMC machines set up and programming on Fanuc and Mitsubishi controller.
- Sound technical knowledge and problem-solving skill of machining operations.
- Able to handle man power strength of around 35 people in three shifts rotation.
- Experience in batch manufacturing with batch qty of one and working with various material like MS, SS, Brass, Aluminum, Plastic, Copper, etc. Knowledge of cycle time analysis and reduction, set up time reduction, productivity improvement, etc.
- Knowledge of rejection-Rework analysis through why why analysis and CAPA.
- Knowledge of programming software – NX cam Pro will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS office, Outlook, Auto cad, etc.
