What will you do as HR Manager
• Developing and executing proactive HR policies in the fields of cultural development, talent
and performance management.
• Developing and implementing an effective recruitment strategy that will allow the
organization to continue to meet its current and future capacity requirements
• Guiding the transformation of management into a unified leadership culture.
• Working from a specific HR agenda and discussing the progress of the HR objectives within
the management team.
• Management's solicited and unsolicited sparring partner
• Providing guidance and support for personal and team development.
• Managing office management and front office.
