Follow-up with the customer regarding payment

Miscellaneous office work
- Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop effective procurement strategies.
- Create and send purchase orders, track deliveries, ensure timely delivery of materials, and handle issues with orders (e.g., non-supplied, damaged goods).
