ISO - MR (Management Representative)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Management System (QMS):

  • Implement, maintain, and continually improve the ISO/ IATF  (as applicable) quality management system.

  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.

  • Maintain QMS documentation and records in compliance with applicable standards.

• Customer Interface:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer audits, complaints, and quality concerns.

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and implementation of corrective actions.

• Process & Product Compliance:

  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to product specifications and control plans.

  • Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive/corrective actions for product and process deviations.

• Management Review & Reporting:

  • Prepare and present quality performance reports and key metrics (KPIs) to top management.

  • Organize and lead periodic management review meetings.

• Training & Awareness:

  • Promote awareness of customer requirements and quality objectives across all departments.

  • Provide training and support to ensure staff understanding and compliance with QMS standards.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive continuous improvement projects using tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles.

  • Identify areas of waste, inefficiency, and quality risk and lead initiatives for process optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or electrical components industry (e.g., bushings, insulators, etc.).
