Sales Engineer – Electrical
Job Description:
About the Role
The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge of electrical systems with
strong communication and sales skills to promote our products, support customers, and
achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities in the assigned region.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, projects, service) to ensure customer
satisfaction.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain and update CRM records and generate regular sales reports.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
2–4 years of experience in technical sales, industrial products, electrical equipment,
or automation solutions.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, control panels, or related products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel within the region.
