Business Development Executive – Validation & Compliance Services


Experience Level: 2+ years in B2B technical sales, preferably in life sciences


 

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Business Development Executive to lead the sales efforts for our GMP compliance services, including Equipment Qualification, Process Validation, Computer System Validation (CSV), and GMP Audits. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry and can effectively communicate complex services to clients in QA, validation, and regulatory roles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries.

  • Sell services including:

    • Equipment Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)

    • Process & Cleaning Validation

    • GMP & Regulatory Audits

    • Computer System Validation (CSV)

    • Data Integrity Assessments

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with QA/RA/Validation heads and decision-makers.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.

  • Collaborate with the technical delivery team to ensure alignment on client requirements.

  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales of validation, QA, or compliance services.

  • Knowledge of GMP, FDA, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor service offerings accordingly.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
